I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the views from the rooms were truly stunning, and I loved the layout of the apartment I stayed in, complete with a balcony overlooking the sea. The location was another highlight, as it was close to the old town and made exploring easy. However, the service left much to be desired, with some staff not being very professional or attentive, which was disappointing given the price point.

Rooms

The apartment was really spacious, with a separate kitchenette and a nice balcony offering a great view. Despite being a bit dated, everything was kept spotlessly clean.
Service

The staff could be a bit curt and seemed overwhelmed; there were moments when they did not provide the level of service expected, especially regarding check-in timings.

Being right on the edge of the old town made it super convenient for trying out local shops and restaurants. I appreciated how easy it was to get around.

Breakfast was continental and quite nice, but there could have been more variety offered. I found that the coffee service was a bit confusing and not as expected.

The pool area looked nice and was clean, but I didn't spend much time there due to the lack of adequate lounge options.

I was really disappointed with my stay. Although the rooms were comfortable and clean, the lack of transparency regarding extra charges for amenities left a sour taste. The breakfast was limited and could have been better, but the location was convenient for exploring the old town. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the citadel and local shops, making it easy to explore. The room had a nice view and was spacious, but the decor felt a bit outdated. The breakfast was served on trays, which was convenient but lacked variety. While the pool area was well-kept and enjoyable, I did experience issues with the hot water during my stay, which was disappointing.

Rooms

7.4/10

The hotel has a prime location near local attractions, and the views from the rooms were truly stunning. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the pool area offered a nice spot to unwind. However, we had a frustrating experience with the staff's communication and the breakfast setup was a bit odd, receiving food on a tray. Additionally, our stay was marred by two days without hot water, which was quite disappointing.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious and kept spotlessly clean, featuring a great bathtub and separate toilet. The view overlooking the bay was exceptional.
Service
6.0
While the reception staff was polite and helpful, there was a noticeable language barrier, making communication difficult at times.
Location
10.0
Located just a short walk from the heart of the town, the hotel's location really enhanced our ability to explore local attractions easily.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was served on a tray and included basic items, which was quite strange. While it was adequate, it lacked variety.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was lovely but starting to show signs of neglect, especially at the beginning of our week, when it appeared a bit green.
